Prof. Stanley Wijesundera was a professor of Chemistry and was the first Vice Chancellor of the University of Colombo from 1979 to 1989.  Prof. Wijesundara’s family donated Rs.825,000.00 to CoMSAA to be used for a scholarship for a needy student. The awardee receives Rs.4000.00 per month till he/she graduates from the Faculty.
